The affiliate program is not yet open. Interest may be registered by email, but acceptance, commission, attribution window, payout threshold, eligible products, territories, and platform will be confirmed only after Shopify is connected.
The intended program is for creators and practitioners whose work aligns with truthful education, contemplative practice, tea culture, responsible community, and respectful representation of Asian traditions.
Clearly disclose affiliate or sponsored relationships wherever a product is shared. Use accurate product information and avoid unsupported medical, therapeutic, spiritual, environmental, or income claims. Do not use spam, deceptive urgency, trademark misuse, impersonation, unauthorized discounts, or misleading paid search practices. Respect copyright, privacy, community boundaries, and platform rules.
Approved product collections, referral links or codes, attribution rules, returns adjustments, commission rates, payment schedule, tax documentation, and reporting will be set out in a separate affiliate agreement before promotion begins.
Creators retain rights in their original content unless a separate license is agreed. Any permission for The Heart’s Dana to repost content should be explicit. Either side may end participation according to the final agreement, and commissions may be withheld or reversed for fraud, returns, policy breach, or invalid traffic.
